In the heart of the modern Asian gastro pub concept, Han Shi Fu, the veteran Chef Steven unveils a new chapter. With deep Malaysian roots shaping his culinary soul, Chef Steven's journey began amidst bustling street markets and revered cooking schools.
After Singapore beckoned, he made his mark as Specialty Sous Chef at the prestigious Temasek Club Dragon Phoenix Restaurant and, later, at Dubai's iconic Hakkasan restaurant in Atlantis, mastering Chinese cuisine and infusing dishes with his unique flair.
Chef Steven was part of the team that earned a coveted Michelin star at Hakkasan. Now at Han Shi Fu, he invites diners on a journey of gastronomic discovery, blending tradition and innovation into each vibrant dish.
